Parwan-e-Nisa

Parwan-e-Nisa is a year long US state Department project with a mandate to empower 150 Women Entrepreneurs across central and south Punjab. Sustainabl advisory is responsible for designing the entire program, selection of the entrepreneurs, delivering the bootcamps and trainings, providing mentorship and incubation of the finalists. 

Women Entrepreneurship Programme by Friedrich Neumann Foundation

A project by Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom and CIRCLE to train Women Entrepreneurs across Pakistan. Sustainabl Advisory successfully delivered Design Thinking and Digital Marketing workshops to women entrepreneurs in Ghizer, Gilgit, Peshawar and Karachi. Alongside these trainings, Sustainabl also conducted followup handholding sessions and check-ins for 6 weeks. 

Training of Trainers (University of Central Asia)

As part of a capacity building project, Sustainabl Advisory’s partner Faisal Sherjan delivered a month long training to 13 local business trainers held in Naryn and Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The aim of the program was to help the trainers polish their existing skills and gain new ones by designing an Entrepreneurship and Incubation programme.

Youth Empowerment in Chitral

Sustainabl Advisory delivered a 5 days long Bootcamp to Entrepreneurs in Chitral walking them through all the steps towards becoming a customer centric business through design thinking. The bootcamp included Problem Discovery, Customer Personas, Journey Mapping, Business model Canvas, Digital Marketing and content creation and Business Accounting.
